MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Fasouri Watermania Waterpark (“FWW”)
These Membership Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of a Fasouri Watermania Waterpark membership (the “Membership”). By purchasing and using a Membership, the Member agrees to comply with these Terms and with FWW’s General Admission & Safety Rules, in force at the time of visit.
1. Activation and Duration
1.1 The Membership duration is activated on the Member’s first visit to the waterpark.
1.2 The Membership may only be used for the duration applied for and for the applicable operating season.
1.3 If the Membership is intended for a person under the age of 18, the registration and purchase must be completed by that person’s parent or legal guardian, who shall be deemed to be the contracting party with FWW. By completing the registration, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they:
a) accept these Terms on behalf of the minor and agree to be responsible for the minor’s compliance with them;
b) have the legal authority to provide and authorise the processing of the minor’s personal data, including the upload of the minor’s photograph for identification and membership administration purposes;
c) are authorised to use the payment method provided; and
d) will provide a contact email address belonging to the parent or legal guardian completing the registration.
FWW reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Membership registered in breach of this clause.
2. Personal Use
2.1 The Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
2.2 The Membership must be presented upon arrival and/or when requested by FWW staff.
2.3 FWW reserves the right to verify the identity of the Membership holder, including through the use of the photograph associated with the Membership, in order to prevent misuse or unauthorised transfer.
2.4 Members must notify FWW if their Membership card is lost or stolen. FWW reserves the right to deactivate and replace lost Membership cards where necessary. FWW shall not be responsible for any misuse of a Membership prior to such notification.
3. Refunds
3.1 The Membership is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the Member does not use the membership or fails to attend the waterpark. No refunds will be provided for temporary closures, operational delays, or changes to membership benefits.
4. Approval, Rejection and Cancellation
4.1 Membership applications may be subject to verification and approval by FWW.
4.2 FWW reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Membership, without refund, where the Member fails to comply with these Terms and/or the General Admission & Safety Rules.
5. Membership Offers & Benefits
5.1 Membership offers include:
· Use of Pre-Ticket Sales / Members Entrance available from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM
· 10% discount on purchases from the Souvenir Shop upon presentation of Membership (excludes tobacco and food & beverage items)
· 10% discount at the Garra Fish Spa upon presentation of Membership
· 50% discount on Locker Rental Fee with the return of the key (Membership must be presented)
· 10% discount on dine-in at Carob Mill Restaurants: Draught Microbrewery, Stretto Café, Artima Bistro, Karatello Tavern and Café Calma (Limassol Marina) (valid Monday–Friday)
All discounts apply only upon presentation of Membership prior to ordering / requesting the bill.
5.2 Membership benefits include:
· The Fast Lane / Members Entrance is intended primarily for members. However, when the lane is not fully occupied, FWW reserves the right to allow other guests to use it for operational and guest service purposes, including families with young children, elderly guests, pregnant visitors, or guests with disabilities.
5.3 FWW reserves the right to amend or withdraw Membership benefits and partner discounts from time to time. All updates and changes will be reflected in these Terms as amended, and Members are deemed to accept the updated terms upon continued use of their Membership. Notice will be provided where reasonably practicable for significant changes.
6. Health Advisory
Members and visitors who are pregnant or who have any medical condition, injury, disability, or other health concern should consult their physician before using the facilities, rides, or attractions. By using the facilities, members and visitors acknowledge that they are physically fit to do so and that such use is undertaken at their own risk.
7. Privacy Policy
The Membership registration process requires that the Member acknowledges having read and accepted FWW’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected. Personal data, including photographs used for identification and membership administration, will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where applicable, Members may separately provide their consent to receive marketing communications.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

GENERAL ADMISSION & SAFETY RULES
Fasouri Watermania Waterpark (“FWW”)
FWW is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. By entering FWW, all guests acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following General Admission & Safety Rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the waterpark without refund or compensation.
1. General Conduct
FWW reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to refuse admission or request any guest to leave the waterpark for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Vandalism or theft
• Offensive, abusive or disruptive behaviour
• Queue line jumping, exiting and re-joining queues
• Obstruction or interference with staff in the performance of their duties
• Failure to comply with general safety regulations
• Causing nuisance or disturbance to other visitors
• Use of obscene language
• Spitting
• Failure to properly supervise persons under one’s care
• Diving
• Property damage
• Standing on tables or chairs
• Wrestling or throwing objects
• Jumping over fences or restricted barriers
• Wearing inappropriate swimwear
• Failure to follow lifeguards’ instructions
Such conduct may result in removal from specific attractions or from FWW entirely, without refund or compensation.
2. Safety and Supervision
• Children under eight (8) years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Children aged five (5) years and younger entering the water must be accompanied by an adult within three (3) meters.
• Children under twelve (12) years of age are not permitted entry unless accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
• Age, weight and height restrictions apply to certain attractions and must be strictly observed.
• Guests must follow all posted rules and lifeguard instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in injury and/or removal from the premises.
• Lifejackets are available for safety and comfort. A refundable deposit of €10.00 is required.
• Visitors who are pregnant or who have any medical condition, injury, disability, or other health concern should consult their physician before using the facilities, rides, or attractions. By using the facilities visitors acknowledge that they are physically fit to do so and that such use is undertaken at their own risk.
3. Incident Reporting & Claims
• Any accident, incident or injury occurring within FWW must be reported to Management on the date of occurrence and prior to leaving the premises.
• Failure to report an incident on the same day may affect FWW’s ability to properly investigate the matter and assess any subsequent claim.
• Any dispute or claim arising from entry to or use of FWW shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
4. Personal Belongings and Property
• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of guests at all times.
• The use of lockers is recommended.
• FWW accepts no responsibility or liability for loss of or damage to personal property unless such property has been deposited in designated lockers for safekeeping.
• Vehicles parked in the FWW car park are parked at the owner’s risk.
5. Prohibited Items
For safety and security reasons, the following items are not permitted inside FWW:
• Outside food and beverages
• Sharp objects
• Drugs
• Alcohol
Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
Swimwear with exposed zips, buttons or metal objects and cut-off jeans are not permitted on attractions. Guests may be requested to change such attire.
6. Cameras and Recording Devices
• Guests are not permitted to hold mobile phones or GoPro cameras while using slides.
• GoPro cameras may be used only if securely strapped to the chest, head or wrist.
7. Operational Matters
• Certain attractions may operate on rotation or time schedules.
• No refunds shall be provided in the event of temporary delays, interruptions or partial closures due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond FWW’s reasonable control.
• FWW shall comply with any hygiene or safety procedures that may be imposed by governmental decree during the operating season.
8. Animals
Pets are not permitted inside FWW, with the exception of certified assistance dogs accompanying guests with disabilities.
